Amy's B-day...

So I turned 37 - gasp! - this past Sunday & to commemorate the event, Cyrus & I went to Baltimore for the night sans Milly - double gasp!!  She stayed with my parents & I thought that I would suffer from separation anxiety but I didn't & we had a great time (so did Milly).  We stayed at the Marriott Waterfront (great hotel - highly recommend it) b/c it is near Fells Point which was our chosen destination for the evening.  We started at 6:00 & hit 5 bars - we ate in 2 & drank in all of the rest - so by midnight we were DONE!  But we made it to 12 so we were proud of ourselves (sad but true).  Sunday we ate breakfast & walked around & shopped a little.  Great time - def. something we'll do again :)  Happy Birthday to me - thank you Honey!!!!

After Christmas the 3 of us drove to Atlanta with my parents to see UVA play Auburn.  We lost the game but the trip was a lot of fun!  We were only there for 2 days & we did everything that we possibly could have while we were there.  UVA had events every day & we were at all of them.  Lauren & Patrick were there too which was great.  We had a blast & Milly was super good!!

Milly's 1st Christmas...

We had a very busy Christmas!  We were able to see both sets of grandparents & some aunts & cousins too.  We spent Thursday - Saturday afternoon in Elkins then the rest of the holiday at home.  Elizabeth, Mike, Turner & Catie were in Elkins also so Milly got to enjoy her cousins & they were fascinated by her :)  Katie & Jenn were home in Winchester so there was a lot of good aunt time.  Cyrus & I got to go out with some friends - Kelly & Todd, Laura & Geoff, and Heather & Chris - Milly went too but slept through the whole thing. So Milly's 1st Christmas was great!!!!!
